All purchases made directly through www.trrko.com can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, please note the following conditions:

• Bundles: Items purchased as part of a promotional bundle must be returned together to receive a full refund.
• Shipping Costs: Returns are charged for return shipping (equivalent to the original shipping fee).
• Process: Once your return is authorized, we will issue a pre-paid shipping label. The refund will be processed back to your original form of payment after the product is received and inspected.
